They stay current in landscape design and architecture, horticulture, and the latest in sustainable practices by regularly attending educational presentations, touring gardens, reading current literature, and attending a variety of classes. They both enjoy traveling and studying new gardens for inspiration whenever possible. Both are active in the Washington Chapter of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers.
